For those with programmatic interests—such as planning events, developing session content, or enhancing member engagement—NCURA Region IV offers several rewarding volunteer opportunities:

• Spring Meeting Program Committee: Assist in planning the program for the Regional Meeting, including session selection, scheduling, and working with presenters​

• Spring Meeting Track Co-Leads: Review session proposals submitted for regional meetings and help select high-quality

• Session Speakers and Presenters: ​Propose and deliver a presentation, panel, or workshop session during a regional meeting or virtual event

• Workshops and Webinars Team: Develop and coordinate virtual or in-person workshops and webinars throughout the year

• Mentorship Program Coordination: Help organize and facilitate mentor-mentee connections and support educational goals through programming

• Leadership: 

  • Chair-Elect: Plans the Spring Meeting​

  • Treasurer: Helps with financial and budgeting needs of the Spring Meeting
