The Committee for Community Action, Representation, and Engagement (CARE) in NCURA Region IV is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for all members. This committee works to integrate Action, Representation, and Engagement principles into the region's activities, ensuring that diversity and inclusion are central to its mission.
An understanding of NCURA's mission and a strong commitment to creating equitable and inclusive environments within research administration are essential. Familiarity with Action, Representation, and Engagement issues in higher education and research settings is beneficial, but not required.
