Region IV has a full lineup of events at NCURA AM67, and you won’t want to miss a moment!

Saturday: DC After Dark Tour – Start the week with a guided nighttime tour of Washington’s most iconic monuments, beautifully lit and full of history. A memorable kickoff with fellow Region IVers.

Sunday: Newcomers Get-Together – New to NCURA or Region IV? Join us for a casual gathering to meet fellow newcomers and Region IV leaders.
​
Monday and Tuesday Evenings: Hospitality Suite – Open nightly, our suite is your home base to relax, recharge, and connect with friends old and new.

Monday: Region IV Business Meeting – Hear regional updates, celebrate accomplishments, and learn how to get involved. All are welcome! 2:45 - 3:45PM - Room TBN - check the NCURA App and Program for latest room assignments

Tuesday: Carnival Night Event – Get ready for an evening of laid-back fun and good vibes at NCURA's Family Reunion! Designed to capture the warmth and energy of a classic backyard get-together, this casual and lively event is all about connecting, relaxing, and having a great time. Come play backyard party games!

Even though AM67 is a national level meeting, there are regional volunteer opportunities available. We need volunteers for the regional connection table, hospitality suite, and the Tuesday night event. Volunteering is a great way to meet other region IV members!

Kick off AM67 with a special Region IV-hosted evening tour of Washington, DC! The DC After Dark Tour takes you on a guided adventure to see the city’s iconic monuments beautifully lit at night. From the Lincoln Memorial to the Capitol dome, experience DC in a whole new light. Space is limited, so don’t miss your chance to join fellow Region IV members for this unforgettable night!

Region IV will be hosting a Newcomers Get Together on Sunday, August 10, 9:00-11:00pm in Suite 4101. While the focus will be on those who are either new to Region or this is their first time at the Annual Meeting, all Region IV members are welcome if they would like to say hello and welcome our newer members!

Regional Connection Table
When you arrive, stop by at the Regional Connection Table at Registration, right across from the registration desk. Our regional members will be there to personally greet you, give you your conference lanyard, and let you know about activities the region has planned for the conference. The hours for the regional connection table are:

Sunday 7:15am-5:00pm
Monday 7:00-8:15am
