Cancellation and Refund Policy:  All cancellations must be made in writing and received at by April 10, 2012.  Fax, e-mail and telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.  Cancellations after April 10 and no-shows are not eligible for refund.  An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed for the meeting.  An administrative fee of $25 will be assessed per workshop cancellation.

Overflow Hotel for Saturday, April 14 - The conference hotel, Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, has rooms for Sunday, April 15, through Tuesday, April 17. Because of the St. Louis Cardinals home opener game, the hotel is sold out on Saturday night. The overflow hotel for Saturday night is the Hilton St. Louis Airport. Room Rate is $139. Reservations can be made by calling the main Hilton reservation line 1 800 445-8667. The group code is URA. Transportation will be provided from the Hilton St. Louis Airport to the meeting hotel on Sunday morning in time for the morning workshops.
