The Spring Meeting is a great opportunity for professional development, networking and fun! Meeting attendees will choose from a wide range of concurrent sessions during the two and a half days of regular conference scheduling on Monday through Wednesday, April 24-26. Topics covered include pre-award, post-award, research compliance, effort reporting, and more. Optional special interest workshops will be held on Sunday, April 23. These sessions provide great supplemental information to the regular program as well as ideal stand-alone learning opportunities for those who just can't be away from their office during the week.
Spring Meeting Sneak Peeks
Special interest workshops (optional) will be held on Sunday, April 23rd. These sessions provide great supplemental information to the regular program as well as ideal stand-alone learning opportunities for those who just can't be away from their office during the week.
The meeting will kick off with an inspiring keynote presentation by Mark Johnson, University of Wisconsin-Madison hockey coach and Olympic gold medalist. This will be followed by over 60 outstanding concurrent sessions, the Concepts Expo poster session, Spark Sessions, and discussion groups on a wide variety of topics. Topics covered include pre-award, post-award, research compliance, effort reporting, and so much more.
There will be plenty of opportunities for networking as well: A Sunday night event; Monday evening dinner groups to a wide selection of fantastic restaurants; and Tuesday evening's tailgate party at the Madison Children's Museum - wear your favorite team attire! There will also be breakfast discussion groups and evening hospitality suites.

The Spring Meeting will be held at the Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club, downtown Madison's premier hotel. You may also call the hotel at 800-356-8293 and tell them you are with the NCURA group.
There has been a great interest in the Spring Meeting and hotel rooms at the Concourse may be limited. Alternate lodging can be found at the following nearby hotels:
Parking
Parking is available at $1.50 per hour up to a maximum of $17.00 per day. The rate for overnight guests is $10.00.
