Treasurer, Shannon Sutton
Shannon Sutton, CPA, is a Grant & Contracts Administrator at Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. She has been in Research Administration for over ten years, all in a central post-award office at a Predominately Undergraduate Institution (PUI). She started her career in the audit world, first with a bank holding company and then in public accounting before moving into Higher Education.
Shannon is currently the Treasurer of Region IV and has been a volunteer, evaluator, and speaker at the Regional and National levels and has served on several regional committees. When not at work Shannon likes to travel and spends her time watching, coaching or participating in sports with her husband and their two sons.
