The NCURA Region IV Nominations Committee is very pleased to present an excellent slate of candidates for leadership position openings on the Regional Board of Directors:

Chair - elect

At-Large (vote for two)

Chair-elect:
• chairs the Program
Committee for the spring regional meeting,
• succeeds to the
office of Chair when the Chair's term expires,
• serves a one-year
term, beginning immediately after the spring regional meeting
continuing through the conclusion of the next spring regional meeting.
Secretary:
• is responsible for maintaining
non-financial records and minutes for Region IV,
• serves a
two-year term, beginning immediately after the spring regional meeting
and continuing through the next two spring regional meetings.
Treasurer-elect:
• serves a one-year,
non-voting term in training for the Treasurer position, commencing at
the adjournment of the spring regional meeting and continuing through
the conclusion of the next spring regional meeting,
• assumes the
office of Treasurer at the completion of the Treasurer-elect position,
•
and completes the Treasurer’s term if the Treasurer is unable to serve
for any reason. After completing the term of a vacated Treasurer, the
Treasurer-elect will serve a full term as Treasurer.
At-Large
Board Member (2 positions):
• Each at large-board member
serves a two year term. Although no specific tasks are assigned to those
members elected to these positions, it is anticipated that board
members will contribute to discussion, potentially chair a committee or
task force as requested by the Region IV Chair, or serve on committees
and perform other tasks necessary to efficient management and
functioning of the region.
