Treasurer, 913-588-5469 or by email at sgeiger@kumc.edu, to
make arrangements for a name tag and meal/drink tickets. Mr.
Geiger is also the appropriate person to contact if you have
a disability requiring special accommodations.
Meeting Volunteers
A web-based signup sheet has been developed for volunteers at the spring meeting in Omaha. It is hosted by volunteerspot.com.
The web page makes it easy for the individual volunteer to sign up for available time slots yet your contact information remains confidential. Only your name will appear in the time slot on the web page.
When you go to the website you will be asked to enter your email address. Volunteerspot.com will then send you a personal sign up link in a new invitation message. This is to make sure you are indeed who you say you are and that you have given permission to be signed up.
Once you have entered volunteerspot.com just click on the day you are interested in volunteering and a list of available spots will be shown. You can even see who else has volunteered already! Click on SIGN UP HERE to add or remove yourself from a volunteer slot.
